Infrastructure Details of Amrapali Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital The infrastructure is designed to meet and exceed the standards set by the NCISM, facilitating a comprehensive environment for academic learning, practical training, and clinical practice.

1. Academic Block & Learning Facilities

Classrooms: Large, well-ventilated and air-conditioned classrooms equipped with modern audio-visual teaching aids including projectors, smart boards and sound systems. Ergonomically designed furniture ensures student comfort.

Departmental Laboratories:

Sharir Rachana (Anatomy): Well-lit and hygienic dissection hall with stainless-steel tables, cadaver storage, modern embalming facilities, anatomical models, skeletons, charts and a histology section with microscopes and prepared slides.

Sharir Kriya (Physiology): Experimental physiology laboratories equipped with ECG, spirometry, sphygmomanometers, hematology analyzers and facilities for routine biochemical investigations.

Dravyaguna Vigyan: Drug specimen laboratory containing a wide collection of medicinal plants, raw drugs, minerals and microscopes for microscopical studies.

Rasa Shastra & Bhaishajya Kalpana: Pharmacy laboratories with traditional Ayurvedic equipment like Khalwa Yantra, Bhawan Yantra and Putapaka furnaces, along with modern machines for tablet, capsule and powder preparation.

Central Library: Rich collection of textbooks, reference books and rare Ayurvedic classics such as Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita and Ashtanga Hridaya. Subscriptions to national and international journals with digital access to e-resources.

2. Hospital & Clinical Infrastructure

Out Patient Department (OPD): Separate OPD cabins for Kayachikitsa, Shalya Tantra, Shalakya Tantra, Prasuti Tantra & Stri Roga and Kaumarabhritya with organized reception and waiting areas.

In Patient Department (IPD): Separate male and female wards with required beds as per NCISM norms, supported by nursing stations and essential care facilities.

Panchakarma Unit: Dedicated rooms for Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya and Raktamokshana with traditional Droni, Swedana Yantra and therapy instruments.

Surgical Wing: Minor and major operation theatres for Ayurvedic surgical and para-surgical procedures including Kshara Sutra therapy.

Diagnostic Facilities: Pathology laboratory, radiology unit with X-ray and ultrasonography, ECG and other diagnostic services.

3. Support & Ancillary Infrastructure

Herbal Garden (Vanaspati Udyan): A well-maintained garden cultivating hundreds of medicinal plants, clearly labeled for academic learning.

Hostels: Separate secure hostels for boys and girls with furnished rooms, Wi-Fi, common rooms and hygienic dining facilities.

Other Amenities: Auditorium, conference halls, sports grounds, cafeteria, transport facilities and 24×7 security with CCTV surveillance.
